Traffic Placement This view shows the same network traffic as the example on the previous page;
however, the placement method has been changed to Traffic.
Internetwork Monitor is running against two data sources—mickey and palo-
alto. Nodes are assigned to the palo-alto and nashua rings based on traffic anal-
ysis. Any nodes that are identified as not being part of either segment are
assigned to a third segment, labeled Other.
