An external clock signal applied to the External Input can be multiplied by a value
specified by this SCPI command. This value is only valid in the External PLL mode
and the allowed range is 1 up to 255. It can be used in combination with
the :SENS6:EXT:PLL:DIV <NR1> to specify data rates tailored to particular needs
e.g. data rate of the instrument = applied external clock * 5 / 7.
