Syntax
[SOURce:]FSKey:INTernal:RATE <rate in Hz>
The command sets the rate at which the output frequency “shifts” between
the carrier frequency and “hop” frequency.
[SOURce:]FSKey:INTernal:RATE?
This query returns the frequency-shift keying (FSK) rate in Hz.
Parameter
Remark
The modulating waveform is a Square wave with a 50% duty cycle.
Examples
The following command sets the FSK rate to 10 Hz.

The following query returns the FSK rate.
